John Mayer

President & General Agent

John’s primary activities center around developing new marketing plans, strategies, and opportunities with statewide associations. Additionally, he maintains relationships with current association clients, carriers, and vendors.

James Smith

Manager of Sales & Service

James joined the Agency in 2015 and brings over 20 years of sales and customer service experience in the Insurance Industry. As our Sales and Service Manager, James oversees Client Retention and New Business Development.

Shawna Daniels, ACS, AIAA
Director of Operations & Human Resources

Shawna manages Human Resources, special projects, IT, Accounting, and is the HIPAA Information Security Officer.  

Cara Mayer
Account Executive

Cara joined the Agency in 2018 and brought with her over 15 years of customer service experience in the Health Insurance Industry. As our Account Executive, Cara works directly with our clients and vendor partners on day-to-day service, consulting, and strategic account management.
