| Cathie is responsible for the administration of the business, daily operations, financials, investments, legal contracts and marketing plans and to assist the General Agent/President in any endeavors. |

| Lori is responsible for investigating and recommending products and carriers to the agency General Agent and Vice President. She is also responsible for training Insurance Service Representatives and Agency brokers on products/plans. Lori manages the daily administration of the Insurance Service Department |

| Jeff is responsible for policyholder and broker customer service, small group house renewals, claims & billing inquiries, telemarketing calls and maintaining information for Agency's clients regarding Medical Mutual of Ohio's Employer Link. |

| Matt is responsible for working independently and with Agents regarding inside sales which includes soliciting, developing and closing new accounts, qualification of leads, pre-qualifying renewal business and service issues. |

| Shawna Daniels - Director of Operations |
| Shawna assists the Vice President in directing the daily operational activities of the Agency. She manages the administration of the business, marketing activities, administrative services, computer and web based services and payment of commissions to licensed producers. |

| Chad is responsible for reconciling and distributing commissions from carriers to agents. In addition, he compiles reports and works closely with accountants regarding revenue and expenses. |

| Ronny is responsible for all areas related to computer technology. He oversees development and operation of the Agency Web Portal. Working primarily on Internet and Window Application Development, Analysis and Design applications, Hardware & Software determination for current and future needs, as well as, Networking and Disaster Recovery. |
